The enrolment process is a key part of your admission into Aston University Sixth Form - for details of the enrolment timeline click here and the presentation from the Parent & Student Information event held in July is available click here

Step 1 for all Conditional Offer Students

  • Thursday 22nd August GCSE results day 
  • complete the GCSE Results Form (This form will be sent to you at 8am on 22nd August 2024 to the email address listed on your application).  This must be completed by 11.00am.

If  your application is showing as not complete/awaiting reference please contact admissions@auea.co.uk and we will send you a GCSE Capture Form.

Step 2

  • Thursday 22nd August from 2pm to 7.30pm (appointments only)
    Enrolment     appointments will be sent to students meeting Aston University Sixth Form requirements for A level and T level pathways
  • Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th August 9am to 5pm
    Enrolment appointments     will be sent to students meeting Aston University Sixth Form entry requirements for A Level and BTEC pathways.
  • Sunday 25th, Monday 26th August - Closed for appointments.
  • Tuesday 27th August  
    Enrolment open from 9am - 2pm - limited places available.
  • Monday 2nd, Tuesday 3rd September - please contact admissions@auea.co.uk for details.
 If you are not available on these dates please advise admissions@auea.co.uk so we can discuss possible alternative arrangements.

What to bring with you:

  • GCSE results (hardcopy or if you have received them via email you will need to be able to access and show your email to AUEA staff and be able to forward results to admissions@auea.co.uk)
  • Proof of ID - passport or birth certificate
  • Proof of home address (utility bill)
  • Resource fee payment £15 (this covers the cost of student lanyard and card, printer credit - see parent handbook for full details)
